Akwasi, my childhood friend, our reminiscences of our early days at the 37 Military Hospital barracks will forever remain in my memory. We spent late nights talking about the choir practices at the Presbyterian/Methodist Church at Burma. We sang for hours and enjoyed rides through the streets of Accra after choir practice. We always begged the driver to be dropped off the last so we can sing. I will miss all your stories about the late Dr. Kwame Nkrumah. Our days in Young Poineer and marching during Independence Day at Black Star Square. Always sending me photos about Ghana post independence and all the oldies. You kept records of events and photos. You were a great archivist! Akwasi, you will be greatly missed. Rest in perfect peace my dear friend. May God find you a resting place. Shalom
