MATAWAN - KAWKAB (KAY) TAWDROS BOTROS passed away on Friday, November 29, 2019, at Hackensack Meridian Health Bayshore Medical Center, Holmdel. She was 88.
Born in Luxor, Egypt, she resided in North Plainfield before moving to the Parlin section of Sayreville 15 years ago. While residing in Sayreville she attended Sayre Woods Bible Church. Her last 4 years were spent at the Madison Center long term care facility in Matawan.
Prior to retiring in 1989, she was an English Teacher in Cairo, Egypt where she worked for over 36 years.
She is predeceased by her husband, Abdalla Mikhail, in 2003.
Surviving are her three sons, Samuel Indrawis, and his wife, Debbie, of Parlin, Mounir Indrawis of North Plainfield, and John Indrawis who resides in California; 7 grandchildren, Jasmine, Sam, Julia, Zachary, Jaclyn, Joyce and Joshua and 3 great-grandchildren.
Friends and family may visit on Tuesday, December 3rd, from 4:00-8:00 PM, at The BRUNSWICK MEMORIAL HOME, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, where a service will be held at 7:00PM. For directions please visit our "Services" page. Burial will be private.
