EAST BRUNSWICK - KATHLEEN ZUCK passed away peacefully after a brief illness on Thursday, March 21st, 2019. She was 75.
Born and raised in New Brunswick NJ, Kathy studied nursing in Philadelphia and later worked at Middlesex General Hospital in New Brunswick where she met her husband, Richard, to whom she remained married until his death in 1997.
A resident of East Brunswick since 1973, Kathy worked as a registered nurse at OB-GYN of East Brunswick for over 30 years before retiring and pursuing her life of leisure.
She was a long-time communicant at St Mary of Ostrabrama in South River and was active in a senior bowling league, in the local chapter of AARP, and The Club of East Brunswick. Most of all, she enjoyed the time spent with her family and friends.
She is survived by her brother, Philip Holz of Edison, and his wife Mary, and daughter Maryjean Holz-Heck; her daughter Katherine VanWhy and her husband Glenn; her daughter Kristina Zuck and her husband Jamey Crimaldi; and her two beloved grandsons Christopher and Matthew VanWhy.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 27 at 8:15 AM in The BRUNSWICK MEMORIAL HOME, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, followed by a 9:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary of Ostrabama's, South River. Cremation will be private.

So many happy memories from long ago, working with kathy and enjoying each others company and families on weekends. I know you all will have many memories to sustain you during this difficult time and in the future. Kathy loved you all and always enjoyed telling us in her letters.
