MONROE TOWNSHIP - THOMAS H. KLEIN died on Thursday, December 6, 2018, at home. He was 86.
Born in New York City, he resided in Brooklyn, NY, before moving to Monroe Township 13 years ago.
Prior to retiring, Thomas was a highway repairman for the New York City Department of Highways, Brooklyn.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
Thomas was predeceased by his wife, Theresa in 2007; his parents, Charles & Mary (Condon) Klein; two brothers, Charles and Joseph Klein, his sister, Margie Riebel, and their respective spouses..
Surviving are his six children: Thomas Klein and his wife, Gail, of Estero, FL, James Klein and his wife, Brenda, of Brooklyn, NY, Eileen Klein of Old Bridge, Jean Klein-Taylor and her husband, Christopher, of Morganville, Joseph Klein and his wife, Liz, and John Klein, all of Brooklyn, NY, and ten grandchildren, T.J., Michael, Patrick, Micaela, Kaleigh and Kerry Klein, Joseph Czop, and Matthew, Michael and Grace Taylor.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 10th, 8:45 AM, at The BRUNSIWCK MEMORIAL HOME, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, followed by a 9:30 AM Mass of Christian Burial at Nativity of Our Lord R.C. Church, Monroe Township. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick.
