Sami was always laughing no matter what. She wasn't just a friend she was like the sister I never had. When I was alone she always suggested we play a weird game which made me feel good inside . Sami will always be my best friend. We spent three years at school together and I can't imagine school without Sami. I will miss you every day, but I promise I will carry you in my heart and never forget you my sweet friend.

My prayers and thoughts are with you during this difficult and sad time.
To every thing
There is a season,
And a time to every purpose
Under the heaven;
A time to be born,
And a time to die;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh;
A time to mourn, and a time to dance.
Dear Hare Family,
I am so truly sorry for you lost. Losing a child is the worst thing a parent can go through ! My heart and prayers are with all you . May God help you through this terrible time. Samantha spread your wings and fly high! Sandy Banach
"There are no words . . . " It's true. Words can't begin to capture the light that Samantha brought into this world. We will never forget this sweet, kind, beautiful girl with a big imagination and an even bigger heart. To Jesse, Keri, her grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins she loved so much, our deepest sympathy goes out to you all.
Jesse and Keri, you gave your sweet Sami girl such a magical life and truly taught her to see the wonder in the world. Such a precious gift. From the surprise trip to Disney to the shenanigans of Cutie the Elf to the Christmas puppy to the creative birthday parties to the handcrafted toolbox and wagon Jesse made her to the world's best Halloween costumes, you guys truly know how to make the magic happen.
We want to share a couple memories, and please know that when you're ready, we're always here to share more so we can treasure together the gift that was Samantha. We'll remember:
*The kids running up their makeshift slide (a.k.a. the bilco doors) and chilling in their favorite hangout spot.
*The drive-in movie in Pennsylvania where we sat in the backs of our trucks and watched Maleficent and the Lego Movie. Remember the dew? Remember the exhausting ride back?
*Countless hours of the kids running around the house alternating dreaming up scenarios to play: "Pretend this . . . " "Pretend that . . ."
*Peter and Thad crashing breakfast following Sami's first sleepover party.
*Peter's little "yodel-lay-he-hoo" call for Sami to come out and play. . .
. . . and so much more. Sending you love and hugs and prayers.
Jack, Traci, Peter, and Eleanor Alai

Sam was a beautiful girl and we loved seeing her on our visits to South River. Gary and I are deeply sorry for your loss, we send our love and sympathy to you. Ruth Krieger and Gary Monheit
Although we are only children, and we don't cry the same as adults, we take longer to process, and we surely don't understand why our best playmate, our buddy, our Sami is gone, but we will miss our Sami. We will hold her forever in our hearts and cherish the memories of doing all the first's together. The neighborhood will never be the same without our Sami girl.
There are no words at this time, please know I am so sorry. You all will be in my prayers. Samantha was an Angel here for all and I am sure she is the star Angel in Heaven. God Bless you all with strength. Marie L; SI, NY
