EAST BRUNSWICK - RUDOLPH ANDREW VIVADELLI died Sunday, October 8, 2017, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. He was 89.
Born in Spangler, PA, he resided in Edison before moving to East Brunswick 10 years ago.
Prior to retiring in 1983, he was a supervisor for Hyatt Roller Bearing - a Division of GM, where he worked for 25 years. He also served as Assistant Chief of the H.K. Volunteer Fire Department, Edison.
A US Army veteran, Rudolph served during WWII from 1946-1947; and the Korean Conflict from 1948-1952. He was a member of Post #471, American Legion, Iselin; and the West Nine Gold Club, South Plainfield.
Rudolph was a communicant of St. Bartholomew RC Church, East Brunswick.
Surviving are his wife of 15 years, Joan Comunale Vivadelli; his 6 children, Patricia Paolucci, Denise Roselle, Karen Mixey, Richard Rowe, Laurie Rowe and Kelly Alling; his grandchildren and great grandchildren, Sharon Cole, Steven Bolan, Jason Vivadelli, Krysta Peterson, Kenny and Richard Rowe, Glen and Amanda Alling, Rachel and Nicholas Cole, Rebecca and Chase Bolan, and Justin, Jenna and Jordyn Vivadelli; and 2 sisters, Delores Malise and Irene Lange.
Friends may call on Saturday, October 14th, from 1-3 PM, at The BRUNSWICK MEMORIAL HOME, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, where a memorial service will be held at 2:30 PM. For directions, please see the "Services" page. Cremation was private.
