Raymond E. Smith

April 27, 1964 - February 14, 2017


EAST BRUNSWICK - RAYMOND E. SMITH died on Tuesday, February 14, 2017, at home. He was 52.

Born in Red Bank, NJ, he was a lifelong resident of East Brunswick.

Raymond was a Radiology Technician for Dynamic Medical Imaging, Union, NJ.

He was predeceased by his parents, Alfred W. Smith Jr. and Madeline V. (Corley) Smith.

Surviving are his life partner, Joseph Keating, of East Brunswick, two brothers, Alfred W. Smith III and his wife, Susana, of South River, and Christopher M. Smith and his fiancée, Melissa J. Cotnoir, of Warwick, R.I.; two sisters, Carolyn Anne Bayat and her husband, Todor, of Lancaster, OH and Virginia Marie Smith of East Brunswick; seven nieces and nephews: MaryAnne (Nicholas) Williamson, Todd (Sarah) Bayat, Michael (fiancée, Victoria Schnaith) Bayat and Sean Alfred, Conor, Brona and Ronan Smith and five great nieces and great nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, 2/20, at 10:00 AM at The BRUNSWICK MEMORIAL HOME, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick. Interment will follow in Chestnut Hill Cemetery, East Brunswick.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday, 2/19, from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm. For directions please visit www.brunswickmemorialhome.com

I'm very sorry to hear of Rays passing its been quite a shock, he will be well missed, my condolences go out to the family. Ray was a neighbor of mine from around the corner grew up with him and with his family and surrounding neighbors. We had some fun times with Ray and everybody will be well missed. Rest in peace Ray !

Ray was alway's a Gearhead, and always a Pleasure to be around. I am Very Sorry to Hear of Ray's Passing.. My Condolences go out to Rays Family, and friends..
